About the Job

The Functional Expert iSHIFT Logistics and cabeça HUB Coordinator plays a vital role in providing expert guidance and support in the areas of SAP Logistics – Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and Production Planning. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of business process knowledge and application expertise in SAP Logistics. Responsibilities include validating design and effort estimates, approving/rejecting change requests, reviewing and approving user requirements, design documents, and functional/technical specifications. The role may also participate in key projects, assist in scoping new demands, and provide advisory support to the business on SAP solutions. Additionally, the candidate manages the AMS partner responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, or enhancing iSHIFT ERP and external applications connected to iSHIFT ERP. As a HUB Coordinator, the candidate is responsible for managing escalations for the Americas region within iSHIFT and supporting the AMS Service Line Leader in achieving best‑in‑class internal service levels by providing proper support to the various iSHIFT ERP Core Model user communities.

The iSHIFT scope of services is global, serving 20+ countries and regions with 16,000+ users, and will continue guaranteeing this scope expands following the iSHIFT Global Roadmap.

Main Responsibilities

    MODULE "Harmonization of Core Processes: Review and standardization of Finance & Controlling, SBS, Trade, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Industrial processes.
  • Global ERP Implementation: iSHIFT project integrates Business Core Models into a global ERP system, including Back‑Office and satellite tools.
  • Enable Analytics & Common Processes: Provide Global Business Units (GBUs) and Global Functions with unified analytics and standardized best‑in‑class processes to foster “One San.dest.”
  • Embed New Market Analysis & Strategies: Implement benchmarked practices from affiliates, industry peers, and FMCG; support innovative growth approaches with automation, control, and analytics.
  • Simplify Processes & User Experience: Deliver state‑of‑the‑art global systems for end‑to‑end integration, centralized reporting changes, one source of truth for master data, and improved divestment capabilities.
  • Governance & Delivery Responsibilities: Oversee ERP lifecycle, CAB meetings, regression testing, disaster recovery planning, AI initiatives, audit compliance, and ensure alignment with Core Model and governance rules.
  • Leadership & Partner Management: Provide vision to AMS partners, maintain scope alignment with digital strategy, develop methodologies, manage partner skills, and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and industry regulation.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Application Management Services or Program/Project Management of SAP ERP or other SAP Software.
  • Functional SAP knowledge in SCI, ICO, and MDM (preferably in the Pharma sector).
  • Deep understanding of business processes: procurement, sales, inventory management, warehouse management, production planning, and quality management.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing vendors/third parties, including сама policies, performance, risk, and dispute resolution.
  • Good track record in the Pharmaceutical or Consumer Products industry (preferably Sanofi).

Technical Skills

  • SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques (WM/QM/PP modules).
  • ExpertElf in integrating SAP modules (PP and QM).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and IT Governance.
  • Proficiency in Application Management Methodologies.
  • Familiarity with iSHIFT toolset (ServiceNow, ChaRM, Solution Manager, JIRA).

Education (not mandatory)

  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).

Languages

  • English – Required; Spanish – Required.
