Job Title: Functional Lead (SFA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Define functional requirements for the sales force automation (SFA) system.
  • 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements.
  • 3. Customize and configure the SFA system to support sales processes.
  • 4. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development team.
  • 5. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training and adoption.
