We are seeking a Functional Lead to act as the bridge between Product, local business teams, and Technology. This role is responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, translating them into functional and technical deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between business and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of front‑to‑back platforms, and familiarity with FX and capital markets. This is not a developer role, but it requires the ability to understand at a high level how a modern web application and microservices‑based backend operate.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders (Product, Sales, Compliance, local markets) and formalize them in Jira/Confluence.
• Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria, workflows, dependencies, and data mappings.
