Job Description

The Functional Lead – RIM (Regulatory Information Management) will lead global regulatory implementations and act as the primary functional authority for Veeva Vault RIM solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical or regulated background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of Vault RIM modules
• Own regulatory business processes across regions (US, EU, APAC)
• Configure registrations, submissions, dossiers, and workflows
• Drive regulatory data harmonization and governance
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, IT, and external partners
• Support inspections, audits, and health authority submissions
• Provide functional leadership across multiple RIM workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Veeva Vault RIM functional experience
• Veeva Vault RIM certification(s) (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH)
• Experience leading complex regulatory programs
• Excellent documentation and leadership skills

Certifications Required:

• Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Publishing, Archive)
