Prospero Teaching are partnered with Local Councils and Schools throughout the UK. We provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education, those seeking additional support, and individuals with SEND.
We have a high demand for one-to-one or small group Functional Skills Tutors in Ashington who have experience in delivering Maths, English & PSHE across Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2.

The Opportunity
We are looking for Functional Skills Tutors in Ashington who have experience supporting children and young people who are currently working below their age expected attainment levels. Many may be unable to follow a GCSE pathway but would be able, with support achieve a Functional Skills qualification. Some of these children and young people are disengaged learners, so require a tutor who is able to increase engagement and help them achieve a qualification.
