Functional Support (KYC)

We’re looking for a Functional Support (KYC) to join a Fintech project

Location: Lisbon

Language: Fluent English Speaking (and French will be valued)

Regime: Hybrid

Sector: Finetech

Must Have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar functional support or client-facing position, ideally within the banking sector and linked to KYC processes.
• Strong understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes (mandatory requirement).
• Previous experience in financial services or within CRM/CLM environments is highly desirable.
• Proficient user of Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) tools.
