Functional Support

Responsibilities:
Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.
Manage incidents end-to-end (analysis, resolution, communication), ensuring clear follow-up with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
Document processes and provide clear operational instructions for support teams.
Maintain and regularly update support documentation and user guides.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in UNIX-based production environments
Solid working knowledge of SQL for investigation and analysis
Basic exposure to KSH/Bash scripting
Familiar with monitoring and scheduling tools (Dynatrace, Autosys)
Strong understanding of Financial Markets processes and systems
