Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.
  • Manage incidents end-to-end (analysis, resolution, communication), ensuring clear follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Document processes and provide clear operational instructions for support teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update support documentation and user guides.



Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in UNIX-based production environments
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL for investigation and analysis
  • Basic exposure to KSH/Bash scripting
  • Familiar with monitoring and scheduling tools (Dynatrace, Autosys )
