Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.
- Manage incidents end-to-end (analysis, resolution, communication), ensuring clear follow-up with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Document processes and provide clear operational instructions for support teams.
- Maintain and regularly update support documentation and user guides.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in UNIX-based production environments
- Solid working knowledge of SQL for investigation and analysis
- Basic exposure to KSH/Bash scripting
- Familiar with monitoring and scheduling tools (Dynatrace, Autosys )
