Role: Functional & Technical Support Analyst

Must-Have:

• Sun Systems Configuration
• Build / Modify Information Q&A
• B4B / PA Consolidation
• Create / Amend Configuration
• Finance Accounting

Responsibility:

• Perform system configuration, patch testing, and upgrades for SUN Systems and related tools.
• Build, manage and troubleshoot Q&A (Vision) reports and templates.
• Support B4B bank file generation, transmission, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data extracts.
• Provide daily support for SUN Systems , Q&A, B4B, and PA Consolidation modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions, reporting, banking interfaces, and project accounting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to support month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

Hands on experience in Technical expertise on Sun Systems, Infor Q&A, B4B, PA Consolidation
