Functional Test Engineer - Cards

As a Senior Test Engineer focused on card payments, you will be responsible for validating and certifying card transaction flows using industry-standard formats (e.g., ISO 8583). You will work closely with our product, development, and scheme integration teams to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world issuer/acquirer behavior and scheme compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute Functional and Regression tests for card-based transaction flows including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Design and maintain manual test cases and test data aligned with card scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.).
• Validate ISO 8583 messages and simulate both issuer and acquirer roles in test environments.
• Identify and log defects in card message handling or processing logic using tools like JIRA.
