Job Description
As a Senior Test Engineer focused on card payments, you will be responsible for validating and certifying card transaction flows using industry-standard formats (e.g., ISO 8583). You will work closely with our product, development, and scheme integration teams to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world issuer/acquirer behavior and scheme compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute Functional and Regression tests for card-based transaction flows including authorization, clearing, and settlement .
Design and maintain manual test cases and test data aligned with card scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.).
Validate ISO 8583 messages and simulate both issuer and acquirer roles in test environments.
Identify and log defects in card message handling or processing logic using tools like JIRA .
Strong experience in defect retesting , including verification of fixes, retest execution, and validation against acceptance criteria to ensure issue...
