• Overall Experience: 5+ years
• Minimum Experience in Role: 3+ years in Manual Testing for Digital platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other applications
• Project Experience: Retail and/or wholesale food distribution industries (Nice to Have)

Technical Skills

• Functional Testing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• SDLC and Test Management
• JIRA or any defect tracking tool
• Requirements grooming sessions, Scrum
• Bug Life Cycle: report issues, prioritize, represent in release sign-offs
• Nice to Have: Exposure to Automation tools (ReadyAPI, Postman, or similar)
