Functional testing and automation testing, with Team management

? Demonstrate technical leadership by applying robust testing methodologies
through a disciplined approach of quality first mindset
? Ensure testing is performed individually and by the team at all levels
(regression, end to end, system etc) for each release cycle
? Define, implement and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and
procedures through close collaboration with product and development teams
? Develop an in-depth technical understanding of the entire software platform (
AOSP, API, UI interaction ) to be able to root cause issues at the first level
? Identify and drive automation related activities through proactive automation
planning and prioritization.
? Introduce and drive engineering best practices to initiate, plan, and execute
large-scale, cross-functional, and company-wide critical programs.
? Provide technical mentoring to team members
? Ensure detailed and timely bug reporting and ensuring Jira sanity

? Experience with platform and kernel level testing such as AOSP, Linux
? In-depth understanding of application APIs and experience in testing them
using manual and automation methods
? UI testing and automation either in desktop or mobile applications
? Experience in leading or mentoring a team
? Clarity in thought and communication when providing feedback
? Detail oriented who can find needle in a haystack
? Writing crystal clear test plans, test case and test procedures
