Functions/Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Moseley is an iconic beachside bar & kitchen. We are looking for a Restaurant and Functions Manager to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This is a full-time hospitality position with the freedom to be creative and make people happy.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, this is an operational role responsible for planning and executing functions, events and restaurant service.

Respond to function enquiries and emails in a timely manner, with a focus on converting leads and reporting on results, and actively seeking new leads.

Lead service delivery to a high level in the restaurant and functions/events.

Work such hours as to be present during peak service periods, particularly functions.

Guide and train the team as required to build capability.

Work closely with the kitchen team to balance guest experience and profitability.
