Our client,
Swiss Life Asset Managers
is a multinational asset management company currently in the process of establishing a branch in Lisbon.

They are looking a Fund Accountant to join their team in Portugal, while working for all entities of the company and reporting Luxemburgo.

About the role:

  1. Accounting:​

  2. Record and ensure completeness of all financial transactions

  3. Maintain up-to-date all supporting schedules and reconcile with Trial Balances

  4. Record all adjustments required for group and fund reporting​

  5. Invoice Management:​

  6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the invoice processing in accounting system​

  7. Support invoice payments process in a timely manner​

  8. Provide invoices to the various parties when require
