Overview

Duration: 12 months contract—extension and conversion likely

Working Location: 250 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2M8, Canada - mostly remote

Work model: Hybrid, primarily remote but certain requirements on site

Pay Rate: 33-42/hr CAD

Must-Have Skills

• A rich and extensive comprehension of relevant Canadian legislation (i.e. the Canadian Income Tax Act) and Canadian regulatory requirements
• Extensive investment fund accounting experience.
• 3-5 years experience in preparing, reviewing, analyzing financial statements and notes to the financial statements for investment funds
• 3-5 years experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing investment fund distributions and tax returns for mutual fund trusts, unit trusts and mutual fund corporations
• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting ...
