JSW Realty is looking for a creative and assiduous individual to join the dedicated team of young, innovative minds who work in synergy with a focus on the bigger picture.


Role/Specialization:

1. Knowledge of best use of land / feasibility of land for development

2. Preparation of detailed financial models for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality assets including the proposed financing structure

3. Preparation of investment memorandum / Business & Financing presentations for internal stakeholders / Board etc.

4. Basic knowledge of various investment structures and waterfall mechanisms

5. Basic understanding of how FSI potential is generated under various schemes of DCR regulations of Mumbai

6. Co-ordinate due diligence and documentation activities with external agencies and closely working with various internal teams for the same

7. Ensuring completion of key conditions presidents (CP) & conditions subsequent (CS) in the executed transaction documents

8. Investor relations with market participants in Real Estate investing / lending

9. Credit evaluation of new deal opportunities from a Financing perspective.


Qualifications and skill-sets:


1. Bachelors in Commerce or relevant field. Masters in Finance preferred. CA or CFA is preferred.

2. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and emerging presentation software(s).

3. Proven, robust work experience of 8-10 years in real estate firms including NBFCs / Banks / funds/ Developer

4. Strong communication, organisation, presentation and documentation abilities.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain discretion.

6. Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people – internal & external stakeholders, vendors, service providers, etc.

7. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills

8. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.
