Job Description
SUMMARY
The role will be primarily responsible for administration of a portfolio of Funds, including investors onboarding and corporate services. The role holder shall act a fiduciary oversight and ensure the Funds (AIF) operate in compliance with Regulations, and runs as per the Trust Deeds, and Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) and SEBI norms. The role holder is responsible for Investment executions within regulatory & PPM framework covering compliance and governance, responsibilities, audits, regulatory filings, administration of portfolio of Funds and further strengthen the client base of Amicorp Fund Services in the country.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating the shareholders register of the investment funds under administration;
- Collecting the subscription documents and KYC documents of new investors;
- Liaising with the compliance department in connection with the investors’ acceptance process;
