Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Fund Manager – Multi Asset to design and manage strategies that cut across asset classes – equity, fixed income, alternatives, commodities, and global exposures. This role is central to Dezerv’s philosophy of building resilient portfolios that balance risk and return in all market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage multi-asset strategies across various mandates
• Construct portfolios that combine equities, fixed income, alternatives, and global assets to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns
• Track macroeconomic, policy, and global market trends to identify opportunities across asset classes
• Develop proprietary allocation frameworks and rebalance portfolios based on risk-return outlook
• Collaborate with equity, fixed income, and alternatives teams to leverage in-house expertise
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to articulate strategy, positioning, and performance
• Mentor junior investment team members in portfolio construction and asset allocation frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of proven experience in multi-asset investing, portfolio management, or asset allocation at AMC, PMS, AIF, or family office
• Strong expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and global macro research
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent performance across market cycles
• Deep understanding of Indian and global markets across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and commodities
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• First-principles thinker with ability to create frameworks from scratch

Preferred Background

• MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Prior responsibility for managing meaningful AUM in multi-asset or balanced strategies
