Fund Operations Manager

Overview
Our client, a Japan focused hedge fund, is looking for a Fund Operations Manager in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly valuation reports for investment funds
Coordinate and communicate with outsourced fund administration vendors
Support fund audits, including data preparation and auditor inquiries
Assist with Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) preparation and responses
Work closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to support reporting and client requests
Prepare and submit OTC derivatives regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
Requirements
Professional working proficiency both in English and Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
Prior experience working in fund management, asset management, securities firms, or related financial institutions is highly preferred
Strong MS office skills especially Excel
