Fund Operations Specialist – Vancouver, BC

Overview:

This position partners closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external service providers, offering exposure across multiple areas of fund administration and investment operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key liaison for advisor and stakeholder inquiries related to fund structures, valuations, distributions, and transaction processes
• Perform fund performance calculations and oversee NAV accuracy across systems
• Develop, review, and maintain fund-related and performance reporting materials
• Ensure investor data integrity and support regulatory and tax reporting requirements
• Contribute to fund launches, wind-downs, and operational change initiatives
• Participate in ongoing process improvements and special projects
