Fund Operations Trainee

About the role:

As an Intern in Transfer Agency, you play a vital support role in the daily operations of our Transfer Agency Product Delivery. You assist with a variety of tasks, such as updating shareholder registers, processing investor transactions, and supporting the team with client requests. You work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining hands‑on experience and learning the fundamentals of fund administration, regulatory compliance, and investor services.

This position is based in Girona (Spain) and reports directly to the Manager in the Transfer Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the closing acceptance signed minutes and resolutions are stored in the fundcraft platform, sourcing them directly if not available from the Cosec team.
