Funding Analyst

Job Description

• Efficiently monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing funds of all Branches nationwide to ensure no misuse and that the records match the system.
• Collaborate with Information and Data Analysts, Area Auditors on any reported discrepancy that points to possible funds misuse.
• Communicate any discrepancy found, evaluate potential malicious intent, and submit suspicious clues to the Head and the Area Head for further investigation.
• Ensure Branch compliance to SOPs which involve handling people’s money.
• Manage Revolving Fund, enter data in CMS and CPR submission, and perform funding check encashment.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, or Administration.
