What we're looking for:

  • We're looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written), with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain custody and organize customer contract documents for safe storage.
  • Responsible for the control of paper contract files.
  • Download the files from the Connect system and upload them to the CEP system.
  • Review if the paper files have been uploaded to CEP and delete the files from the Connect-TFS system.
  • Scan the documents in the physical files and upload them to CEP system.
  • Keep the log of the boxes that are stored in Iron Mountain.
  • Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top - skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in clerical roles.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, both oral and written.
  • - years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry).
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (, Word, Excel).
