Job Summary

The Head – Fundraising & Investor Relations will be responsible for leading the company’s fundraising strategy, managing investor relationships, and driving capital inflows through private equity, venture capital, family offices, HNIs, and institutional lenders. This role will work closely with the MD, CFO, and leadership team to structure funding deals, manage due diligence, and maintain long-term investor confidence.


Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company’s short-term and long-term fundraising roadmap.
  • Identify and engage with Private Equity funds, Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, NBFCs, and Banks.
  • Structure fundraising instruments including equity, debt, mezzanine, structured finance, and project-level funding.
  • Prepare project-level funding models for real estate, hospitality, and wellness assets.
  • Support joint venture (JV) structuring, land partnerships, and asset monetization strategies.

Investor Relations

  • Act as the single point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
  • Develop and manage investor pitch decks, teasers, financial models, and data rooms.
  • Organize investor meetings, site visits, roadshows, and quarterly investor updates.
  • Handle investor queries, reporting, and compliance-related disclosures.

Financial Strategy & Deal Execution

  • Lead valuation exercises, term sheet negotiations, and transaction closures.
  • Coordinate legal, financial, and technical due diligence teams.
  • Work closely with advisors, bankers, and consultants.
  • Track deal pipeline and manage closure timelines.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance related to fundraising, pricing guidelines, and disclosures.
  • Maintain shareholder communication policies and MIS reporting.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Education

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA – Finance / CFA preferred.


Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate Fundraising, Corporate Finance, or Investor Relations.
  • Proven track record of raising funds for real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, or asset-heavy businesses.
  • Strong network with investors, funds, banks, and family offices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
