Fundraising Manager

Bangalore | Full-time | 3–6 years experience

Donatekart Foundation is looking for a Fundraising Manager to lead corporate and disaster-relief fundraising across India. If you enjoy building partnerships, closing high-impact deals, and mobilising resources during real-world crises, this role is for you.

You will own end-to-end fundraising across:

• Corporate CSR & ESG partnerships
• Disaster relief and emergency funding
• Institutional and foundation support

Your responsibilities include:

• Building and closing CSR and corporate partnerships
• Raising funds for real-time disaster response (floods, cyclones, heatwaves, etc.)
• Running email fundraising and donor campaigns
• Creating and pitching proposals & impact decks
• Networking with CSR leaders, foundations and ecosystem partners
• Managing donor relationships and renewals

You should have:

• 3–6 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, NGO partnerships, or B2B sales
• Experience closing corporate or institutional funding
• Strong communication, pitching and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-impact environments

Experience in disaster relief, humanitarian aid, or development sector is a big plus.

We run one of India’s fastest disaster-response and in-kind aid platforms, working with 500+ NGOs, Pan India. Your fundraising will directly translate into food, relief kits, medical aid, education and shelter reaching communities within 72 hours of a disaster.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership and see the results of your work on the ground.
