We are currently seeking a Furnace Operator in the Press department at our Monroe, NC facility. As a Furnace Operator, you will play a valuable role in maintaining furnace temperatures and ensuring materials are properly loaded and unloaded for heat treatment.

As a Furnace Operator, you will collaborate with press operators and maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure quality control. A successful candidate should demonstrate adaptability, willingness to learn, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

This is a night shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am working on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days; then 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. Training will take place initially on fi...
