Typically, 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on the Help Desk module.

SKILLS:

Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk configuration and implementation.

Expertise in Visual Build to extend the Help Desk functionalities

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Effective communication and training skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and end-users.
