Job Tittle: Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ yrs Location- Remote Shift Time: 6.30 PM to 4.30 PM
Job Description: * Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with more than 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.
Responsibilities: • Candidate must be 70% Functional and 30% technical.
• Candidate must have implementations experience and must be involved in Payroll elements set ups/ configurations for US and Canada region.
• Must have strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region.
• Must have US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4)
• Should have experience in North America Taxation
• Should be able to write fast formula for payroll elements
• Good with BIP and OTBI development
• SDLC and JIRA knowledge
• HDL experience
