Future Leader Program Trainee

Future Leader Program (FLP) is a specialized fast track for freshly graduated Bachelor/Master's students to take on different projects and work challenges to prepare them to become future leaders in the company. You will be given opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal programs. These programs are designed to equip you with in-depth business knowledge and technical and interpersonal skills.

Lower Primary/ Upper Primary Team:

· Teaching (50%): Build great learning experiences. Track student performance. Provide excellent service and actively talk with parents

· Business Development(50%): Design and development activities (Mainline Product: Long-term program, short-term course, Activities: seminar, trial session, 1v1 consultation, etc)to convert target users through both online & offline marketing channels.
