Future Leader Programme (UAE Nationals only)

Make the world your home at Etihad. The Future Leader Programme is focused on developing deep aviation knowledge and skills as part of a 13-month rotational program within Etihad with a view to prepare individuals for a career in aviation and longer-term opportunities at a senior leadership level.

During the 13-month program you will gain exposure to critical functions across the airline including Finance, Revenue/Commercial, Operations/Network and HR with strong exposure to Etihad’s senior executive team. In addition, you will have access to a personal mentor and career sponsor and expected to leverage these relationships to build your own networks across the business. To ensure individuals are set up for success they will be required to fully participate in the following training during the program: Foundation airline skill and knowledge-building training i.e. IATA, Airline operating model training, Data Analytics/Data Visualization training.
