What you will do
Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure definition.Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety.As EM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region projects and follow up on investment budgets.As PM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region Improvement teams (Kaizen, PMO, RCM).Collaborate to propose and implement factory investment according to Region and Central plans.Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization. Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input.
