What you will do

In the position as Future Talent Project Engineer (with the possibility to become a PE Project Engineer), you will be working in the Project Centre Iberia and South Europe organization, the one devoted to implement Capital Equipment projects for our packaging business, jointly with our Customers.

As Packaging Project Engineer you will be involved in following activities:

  • Pre-contract solution design in alignment with Customer requirements

  • Technical documents preparation (Layout, technical specifications, RFQ for procurement and installation, …)

  • Technical and commercial discussions and negotiations together with Customer management and sales dept supporting Value Selling

  • Budgeting of installation to performance validation projects (materials, resources, contingencies,…)

  • Technical support to Project Manager during project implementation, including eventual supervision on site and design troubleshooting

  • Mechanical and automation integration for Tetra Pak and 3rd party packaging equipment portfolio

  • Identification and execution of eventual project scope changes

  • Standardization, of the processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates within Project Engineering

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Science: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Agronomic, Food, … or Product Lifecycle Management. (Degree finished between 2025-2026)

  • We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) or interest within Food Packaging and Processing.

  • Working at Tetra Pak you need to be able to work and learn both in English and Greek, verbally as well as in writing.
