What you will do
Secure good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the services category/assortment value propositionUnderstand the way of working on Business Stream Cheese&Powder to build a strong relationship with Services and Markets.Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to support them and grow the Services Business for Cheese&Powder.Periodical customer technical visits with the Market company representatives to foster a relationship with key customers.Monitor and analyze product performance to secure that product performs according to expectations throughout the entire product lifecycle.Monitor and analyze the delivery success and quality of the service category/assortmentSecure technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth, i.e. technical publications, manuals, sales documents and best practices
