+ Support of all MP&L related activities for all Ford Alliance programs
+ Business Process Development – Co-ordination with Ford and VW/Renault Operations teams
+ Forecasting/Order Management Constraints – Business Process Development/implementation with Ford/VW/Renault and Ford/Ford Otosan
+ Forecast Order Management
+ Production Order Management
+ Material Capacity study & Constraint Management
+ Product configuration and technical rule translations
+ Co-ordination of all other functions: Sales/Forecasting/Programming/Order Submission timetable in line with the Contract and Schedules
+ Cross-Functional alignment on Alliance Programs (PD/Finance/Sales/Homologation/IT)
+ Business & operational meeting support and facilitation as necessary
+ Establish governance process and to ensure contract guidelines are adhered.
+ Develop robust Logistics launch related processes to support ongoing Alliance programs
+ Support for Pre-production order management to include:
+ Ordering processes
+ Vehicle registration processes (where required)
+ Vehicle delivery processes (where required)
+ Logistics Process Launch co-ordination with Plant teams
+ Support for Major and Minor launches (ongoing support required)
+ Outbound Logistics /Vehicle Delivery - Business Process Development/implementation
+ Customs and Export - Process design, development and implementation
+ Conformity of Production – Process/Vehicle Management (Ford/VW/Renault)
+ Transportation Damage management process development and implementation (Ford/VW/Renault and Ford/Ford Otosan)
+ Vessel Planning/Co-ordination
+ Education Qualification : B.E / B. Tech or higher
+ Number of Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years
+ Exposure in Vehicle logistics, Production planning, scheduling, Forecasting, capacity planning and constraints
+ Understanding of Order to Delivery, capacity and constraints processes and systems
+ Good Interpersonal skill
+ Good analytical capabilities
+ Good with MS Office tools like Power point, MS Excel, Power Automate.
+ Highly motivated, works independently and takes self-initiative.
