The Squad Lead manages an empowered cross-functional squad in driving the end-to-end execution of loyalty-building engagement initiatives across consumer segments/brands towards growing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) -from defining clear squad objectives aligned to the group’s business and customer objectives, building the execution plan, championing agile
principles in ensuring seamless execution across customer touchpoints, rallying collaboration among relevant business and enabling teams, driving customer adoption/engagement, and monitoring overall squad performance for continuous improvement.
