Role Summary:
The FX Risk IT Support Analyst is a key member of the Global Information Technology organization, responsible for frontline support of FX trading, booking, and risk platforms across the Americas. As part of a global 24-hour support model, the role works closely with teams in London and New York to ensure seamless, high-quality support for the bank’s global FX trading business.
This position supports a diverse ecosystem of applications across linear and non-linear FX, including Sigma, Orchestrade, Barracuda, IRIS, DealHub, Asgard, GMD PS, and THOR, ensuring system stability, rapid issue resolution, and proactive communication with traders, sales, middle office, risk, and back office users.
