  • Managing permits such as Building Permits, Business Licenses, Genset Permits, Forklift Permits, Radio Licenses, Speedboat Licenses, and speedboat operator permits.

  • Handling internal and external correspondence effectively.

  • Ensuring that services to the community are conveyed to Company Management.

  • Ensuring compliance with all government-mandated regulations by the Company.

  • Proposing CSR programs to Unit Management and Head Office for implementation.

  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of work equipment and the workplace.

  • Enforcing safety regulations according to the applicable policies.

  • Reporting any issues related to Food Safety Management System (if any) to superiors.

  • Performing other tasks related to the job as instructed by superiors.

  • Responsible for achieving individual KPIs.
