- Serves as the focal point for the measurement of profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Acts as the customer liaison to communicate and help resolve all issues and complaints. - Responsible for monitoring the profitability of programs, inventory levels, and on-time shipment. - Interfaces with internal technical functions ensure manufacturing, customer requirements, material requirements, and associated costs are met as required by contract. - Coordinates quoting activity, pricing review, and problem resolution for assigned Customers. - Interfaces with Production Control to monitor the release of all manufacturing kits. - Reports to top management on the performance of the customer perception. - Coordinates New Product Introductions to the company. - Coordinate with all departments to get parts on time. - Track On Time Deliveries. - Direct contact for customers. - Analyze forecast changes.
