🚀 We’re Hiring: Financial Accountant

📍 Visakhapatnam | 🌍 US-based VC Firm

⏰ Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

💰 Salary: ₹4 LPA+ (minimum)


Unity Growth Fund is an emerging venture capital firm headquartered in Washington DC, investing in cutting-edge technology companies across AI, enterprise software, and frontier tech. Our portfolio includes companies such as SpaceX, Databricks, Stripe, Anthropic, Figure AI, Cerebras (IPO), and Robinhood (IPO).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support our growing global finance operations from India.


🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Manage fund accounting: GLs, journals, financial statements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Support US tax compliance (1065, K-1, coordination with auditors)
  • Handle Indian payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, payslips, filings)
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian regulations

    • ✅ What We’re Looking For
    • 4+ years of experience in financial / fund accounting
    • Exposure to US taxation & VC fund accounting
    • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & statutory compliance
    • Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
    • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
