GAIN Performance Paid Media Campaign Manager

This role will sit within the Performance Business Unit, helping brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data‑driven campaigns that drive clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies
