ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for training new Game Presenters and Shufflers, creating and optimizing training materials, and developing programs that enhance performance and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring staff deliver games confidently and professionally while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, update, and optimize training materials and structured programs for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring strong knowledge of games and procedures
  • Design performance improvement plans and define relevant KPIs to drive training quality and effectiveness
  • Deliver hands-on training on table game procedures, controls, and standards, promoting high performance and professionalism
