Game Support Agent


We are seeking motivated and customer focused Game Support Agents to join our professional support team. In this role, you will represent one of the world’s leading mobile gaming companies, providing high quality assistance to players while ensuring an exceptional gaming experience.


 


QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Deep interest in Mobile Gaming

  • Native or fluent English language skills

  • Excellent in written communication skills in English and Turkish

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Motivated team player with positive attitude

  • No military obligation or at least 2 years of postponement for male candidates
