Oversee the daily operation of all table games, ensuring smooth gameplay and adherence to internal controls
Lead, support, and develop a team of table games employees, promoting a positive and performance-driven culture
Monitor gaming activities and ensure strict compliance with all provincial gaming regulations and internal procedures
Respond to incidents involving suspected cheating, theft, or other irregularities, and report appropriately
Ensure secure handling and storage of gaming assets, equipment, and sensitive materials
Maintain a high level of visibility on the floor to support both staff and guests
Act as the senior leader in the absence of upper management, providing operational continuity and sound decision-making
