Job Description

A Garde Manager Chef is responsible for overseeing the production of cold food and pantry operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and managing food cost controls.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Garde Manager Chef, you are responsible for overseeing the production of cold food and pantry operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Garde Manager Chef will also be required to manage food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Oversee production of cold food and pantry operation
+ Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
+ Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
+ Requisition food needed for preparation of all meals
+ Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
