Garden Centre Manager

Dawson's Garden World has been a successful Garden Centre for over 120 years. We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Garden Centre Manager to lead the team at our Swanbourne store. This exciting position would suit an experienced and motivated horticulturist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate II, III, or IV in Horticulture or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a retail garden centre, horticulture, nursery management, or a related field.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Direction of daily workflow and leadership for the Garden Centre team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including offering recommendations and facilitating sales.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure adequate supply.
