Job Description
The Financial Services Admin position involves reviewing, analyzing, and managing various types of garnishments while communicating with government agencies, branch staff, and associates. Responsibilities:
• Administer garnishments: enter information into payroll system, complete response forms, upload documentation
• Coordinate garnishment refunds to associates
• Manage and respond to inquiries from associates, branches, government agencies
• Monitor Replication & Positive Pay to verify replication across all offices throughout the day
• Clear direct deposit checks in the morning and throughout the day as offices replicate
• Process direct deposit bank notifications
• Process garnishment terminations
• Reconcile garnishment reports bi-monthly and submit to Accounts Payable for payment
• Check PNC and Wells Fargo Fraud Manager for Positive Pay exceptions, make decisions, and complete Positive Pay log
