2 hours to Indianapolis
3 hours to Chicago, Columbus & Cincinnati
100 miles to Indianapolis, South Bend & Toledo
Med School, FM Residency & Fellowship Programs

Multispecialty group of over 400 Physicians

  • Outpatients only in GI clinic (1 day) and outpatient procedures (4 days)
  • NO weekend call
  • 1-2 weekday call days per month NPs are in house 24/7 and take first call, minimal callback
  • No inpatient rounding is required as you have partners that will cover the inpatient side
  • Support team consists of two APPs, two nurses, a procedure scheduler and scribe.
  • Compensation production incentive model includes base with RVU threshold, plus additional pay per wRVU beyond threshold.
