Gastroenterology in Iowa:

  • Physicians must be BC/BE in GI
  • Visa accepted: Yes (J1)
  • Practice type: Physician owned Multispecialty group (MSG) with no primary care physicians
  • Position: Full time
  • EMR: Yes
  • Setting: Traditional (Inpatient and Outpatient)
  • Location: Hospital / Clinic / ASC
  • Telephone Coverage: 1 in 2 (Current GI covers most of the month but currently has coverage from the General Surgery department)
  • Schedule: Mon – Fri / 7 on 7 o ff
  • Patients population: 200k-250k
  • Patient base: non-adolescent

    • Join an established group looking for 2 other GIs to join 1 established physician and APP for their expanding patient demand. They are happy accept General or Advanced GIs to the growing practice. Procedures are done on one campus, at the hospital and at the ASC.
