Gateway Manager

Roles & Responsibilties

Plan and manage daily air connectivity (domestic & international) as per cut-off and SLA.

Coordinate with airlines, GHA (Ground Handling Agents), and security agencies.

Ensure on-time build-up, palletization, and ULD loading.

Monitor flight delays, offloads, rollovers, and arrange contingency plans.

Rollover & offload %

Root cause analysis for delay, rejection, misroute, and damage.

Implement process improvements to meet customer and network SLAs.

Optimize air capacity utilization vs cost.

Control OT, demurrage, screening, and handling costs.

Coordinate with planning teams for load balancing and cost efficiency.

Manage air operations staff, loaders, screeners, and vendors.

Plan shift rosters, OT control, and productivity.

Enforce discipline, safety, and SOP adherence on floor....
